The STL EFT Community would like to invite therapists and mental health professionals (and a guest) to join us for a special movie night featuring Inside Out 2 and explore the power of emotions with the STL EFT Community. Just like the characters in Inside Out learn to understand and embrace their emotions, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) helps us recognize, express, and integrate our feelings to foster deeper connections and emotional well-being.
