Attachment Injury Training | Part I

Where Clinical Clarity
Meets Emotional Depth
Healing Attachment Injuries with Teri Murphy

Participants described this training with Teri Murphy as uniquely powerful; grounded not in performance, but in real, in-the-moment experience.

Through live demonstration and careful facilitation, Teri modeled the therapeutic stance and moves of Emotionally Focused Therapy in a way that was both clear and deeply felt. The training created a safe, connected environment where clinicians could move beyond understanding into practicing the depth of attachment injury work.

Attendees left feeling both clinically clearer and personally recharged, with:
  • Greater confidence in working with attachment injuries
  • Concrete techniques to use immediately in session
  • A deeper felt sense of Stage 2 work and bonding events
  • A renewed connection to a community of EFT therapists

This is the kind of learning experience that strengthens both clinical skill and the relational heart of our work.

This resource captures key principles from the training, including the therapist stance, the role of safety, and the structure of attachment injury work within EFT. What a helpful resource to help us organize and apply what we learned in the training.
