Many therapists find themselves wanting a clearer map when working with emotional disconnection, reactivity, and attachment injuries.
This training offers an introduction to how Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) helps you work directly with those moments.

About the Training
​EFT training is interactive, experiential, and grounded in connection. It is relationship-first, skills-second, and applicable across individual, couple, family, and group work. 

​This introductory training is designed to help you decide whether to pursue the EFT Externship or begin integrating EFT principles into your current work.

  • Work with individuals, couples, or families
  • Feel stuck in moments of emotional intensity in session
  • Want a clear, attachment-based framework
  • Are curious about EFT but not ready to commit to an Externshi​

For Therapists with Prior EFT Training
Therapists who have previously completed an EFT Externship or EFT Essentials are welcome to attend this training at no cost.
To register under this option, please email Lauren Eisleben directly so she can add you to the participant list. Space is limited, and priority is given to registered participants.
This is a low-commitment way to experience EFT before deciding on full training.
